Debbie specializes in audits of HUD entities, especially Multifamily Housing; non-profit entities; for-profit businesses; cities, towns, Indian gaming, and Indian tribal governments.  She oversees the firm's accounting practice, which serves as the accounting staff for many local small businesses and non-profits.  Debbie has an extensive tax practice that encompasses individual, corporate, partnership, estate, trust, and non-profit entities.  She has over 20 years of public accounting experience, has served on numerous local boards, and received the 2003 OSCPA Public Service Award.

 
Ken Baker, CPA

Ken has been in accounting for over 25 years, with 5 years with the Federal Government and 15 years in private industry.  He specializes in audits of HUD entities, non-profits, and small business, pension/profit-sharing plans, as well as tax reporting.  Ken is a member of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.

 
Debbie Eastman, CPA

Debbie has been with the firm since 1998, but has worked in public accounting since 1986.  She specializes in personal and small business income tax, as well as audits of governments and non-profits, and reviews of construction entities.  Debbie also provides advisory services for clients that use QuickBooks accounting software.  She is a member of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.

 
Pat Hurd, CPA, MBA

Pat is experienced in auditing Indian tribes, Indian gaming casinos, HUD-assisted apartment complexes, small for-profit entities, and municipalities.  Pat also serves as an accounting instructor at Oklahoma Wesleyan University.  Pat has over fifteen years of public accounting experience, and has worked in private industry, including a position as CFO for a Tulsa nonprofit for seven years.  Pat is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants.

 
Mary Jo Peterson, CPA

Mary Jo has been in governmental accounting for 3 years and public accounting for 4 years.  She specializes in audits of federal programs, particularly federal programs in tribal and city governments.  She is a member of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs.
